Bantayan Island, Cebu

Island living looks a lot better on the shores of this northern Cebu paradise. Photo by @irisvandermars and video by @filipino_flight_tales

Laid-back Bantayan in Cebu encapsulates all the best things about island living: powdery white shores, crystal clear blue waters and a quiet rural community that's as charming as its beaches. Filmmaker and Instagrammer @filipino_flight_tales shows off the island's best angles in his short video, from breathtaking sunsets to deserted white-sand beaches and pristine sea. Other must-visit places on the island are the centuries-old Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Church and Ogtong Cave.

Laid back and relatively unknown, this is beautiful Bantayan.
