With about 7,500 islands in the Philippines, you can have an entire island or beach to yourself. ?????????????????????????

Sparkling blue waters surround this wild and rugged island in the municipality of San Pascual, Burias Island, Masbate. Dapa Island, also known as Snake Island, is a charming beach stop with massive rock formations that can serve as shade. It's said that sea snakes live here, but for the most part the ocean is calm, inviting and very Instagram-worthy. Cliff jumping and swimming are activities often enjoyed by visitors. A stop at Dapa Island is usually a part of tours with other isles including the main island Burias, plus Sombrero and Tinalisayan.

How to get there
In Manila, ride a taxi to the Philtranco bus terminal in Cubao or Pasay where you can hop on a bus to Naga City. From the bus terminal in Naga, ride a jeepney going to Pasacao. Then, take a tricycle to the port where there are boats headed to San Pascual in Burias Island three times a day. Travel time is two hours. From San Pascual, there are available boats for island hopping.
