In a nod to two of the Philippines' biggest festivals in the Visayas this month—Cebu's Sinulog festival and Aklan's Ati-Atihan— Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila’s Sunset Bar is holding grilled buffet theme dinners, serving specialties from the two provinces for two consecutive weekends.

Cebu’s Culinary Specials with the Sinulog Festival is on January 13 -14, followed by Aklan’s Favorites with the Ati-atihan Festival on January 20 and 21. Expect lip-smacking grilled seafood and meat and an array of Western Visayan dishes.
