Pink Beach at Great Santa Cruz Island in Zamboanga City, an island 376 kilometers west of Davao City has soft sand mixed with finely crushed red corals, resulting in a gorgeous pinkish shoreline. This small inhabited island has mangroves, a lagoon, and is a perfect spot for watching herons and egrets. Cottages and a bathroom are available for daytrippers.

How to get there
Fly from Manila to Zamboanga City via Philippine Airlines or Cebu Pacific. From Zamboanga City International Airport, take a tricycle to the City Tourism Office in Paseo del Mar Park along Valderoza Street. From this seafront park, there are boats that can take you to the Great Santa Cruz Island in just 15 to 20 minutes.
