Introducing our new love —Rich Earth Jewelry, handcrafted Philippine-made jewelry using sustainable and recyclable metals and aluminum gilded with 18k and 24k yellow gold.

Most of the pieces use raw or minimally enhanced semi-precious gemstones, from agate and quartz to amazonite and aquamarine. The metal bezel settings are crafted around each crystal, highlighting the natural beauty of the gemstone.

Rich Earth Jewelry founder and designer, Manila-based artist Rica Banares Manuel takes her design inspiration from the natural environment, the earth and the sea, creating stylish modern accessories with a decidedly Filipino character. Some of the design elements like the color of the gold and the craftmanship are not unlike the traditional Filipino gold filigree jewelry of the Spanish colonial period.

A portion of every sale goes to the projects and campaigns of Save Philippine Seas, a non-profit organization that is committed to protecting the marine and coastal resources in the country.

Every now and then, the jeweler collaborates with women influencers to create a collection benefitting a special cause. It recently partnered with lifestyle influencer Cat Juan Ledesma to create the REJ X CATJL line to benefit the Danjugan Marine Sanctuary, a protected sanctuary off the southeastern coast of Negros Occidental.
