Take me to...Bilar manmade forest

Enjoy this leafy, two-kilometer stretch en route to Bohol's Chocolate Hills

The perfect pit-stop en route to Bohol's Chocolate Hills, the Bilar manmade forest lies on a two-kilometer stretch on the borders of Loboc and Bilar town. Here, the mahogany trees grow so dense that their canopies block out the sunlight and the heat, making it pleasant and cool for passersby. Located right along the winding Loay road in Loboc, Bohol, Bilar forest is worth a stop if only to enjoy the cool, fresh air and take photos.

Cebu Pacific Air, AirAsia, and Philippine Airlines fly to Bohol daily.
