Halloween is, hands-down, everyone’s favorite holiday, with a license to be naughty and to live out your fantasies, not to mention bags full of goodies for kids. The Halloween festivities range from kid-friendly parades and afternoon parties to low-key get-togethers, and progress to pub-crawls and freak shows at the big annual balls that last until sunrise.
So take your pick of the most highly anticipated parties of the year, or join them all and bring only the good vibes!
"Enchanted at Epic", Boracay's most popular annual Halloween ball, targets serious party revelers and those who love a fancy dress-up, whether it's to spook, keep people entertained, or indulge in fairyland or mardi gras fantasy. The hottest dive bar, Exit Bar is a hole-in-the wall where locals and tourists gather to celebrate and share their Boracay adventures and misadventures over cold drinks (cash bar only). On Halloween, expect a beachfront party, featuring music by resident DJs Manster, Tong and Schatz. We suggest making this your first stop unless you decide to start early at Dos Mestizos. As the owners put it, Exit is “The bar where you come to drink with your friends or friendly strangers, where you can have random conversations with people, listen to the newest house music or the oldest rock tunes, a bar for everyone whether you are weird, quirky, annoying, funny, an outcast, a loner, an alcoholic or just a regular beach bum. You'll never feel lonely here! There's always someone stranger than you! Come as a guest, leave as a friend!” Get the picture?
